Schools & Teachers
Our Transition Year Work Experience Programme gives students hands-on time in a working theatre: creative workshops, time with theatre professionals, and shadowing the crew of a mainstage production.
Community & Gate Public
Through GATEWAYS Previews, community, educational and support organisations receive free tickets, and Everyone Belongs Here invites 200 North Inner City residents to a free preview of every mainstage production.
Artist Development
Our artist development programme supports writers, directors and designers at every stage, with paid residencies, script development, workshops in our rehearsal room and mentoring from the Gate's creative team.
Youth & Adult Theatre
GATEWAYS Youth Theatre and our Adult Community Theatre Group meet weekly with Community Engagement Facilitator Betty Duffy, making new work together and sharing it on the Gate's stage.
